I came across this Youtube video today, the accuracy of it is uncanny.

I could write a post about this but really, he explains it so well I will leave it there. All of this ring true, with the exception, I never had any interest in getting my ex back. However, I did have frantic communication relating to try to get him to help with my son, and i am sure he used that in the same manner.
